Terms & Conditions

Payment

The course fee must be paid, in full, no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course. Brighton School of Massage reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.

Cancellations

If the client wishes to cancel a course, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

More than 20 working days before the course start           £30.00 fee

Between 11- 20 working days before the course start        50% of course fee

Within 10 working days of the course start                       100% of course fees

Delegates attending any part of a course will be charged the full amount. No refund can be issued where clients leave the course early.

A supplementary fee invoice will be issued for cancellation and/or transfer fees and payment is due within 14 days of that invoice.

Rescheduling

If the client wishes to reschedule a course, the following fees will be charged:

More than 20 working days before the course                                                   No Fee

Between 11-20 working days before the course                10% of course fee

Within 10 working days of the course                               50% of course fee.

Changing delegate details

There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking.

Cancellation of course by Brighton School of Massage and changes to course content

Brighton School of Massage courses are constantly updated and improved and Brighton School of Massage  reserves the right to alter course content at any time.

Brighton School of Massage reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date or credit note
