This is an introductory course to Crystal healing. Our Crystal Healing Course explores the concepts of energy as a healing modality and how to use positive energy in your everyday life. In this course we look at what are crystals, how to choose and cleanse your crystals.
We briefly look at Chakras and give clear explanations of how blockages in our chakra energy centres can lead to mental, physical, and spiritual imbalance. You’ll discover how to recognise the symptoms of these and how to help yourself and others of specific conditions, through energy healing. Our wellbeing and happiness are dependent on the health of our mind, body, and spirit and these are dependent on the wellness of the energies in our body. When our energy is imbalanced it affects our health.
You will learn how to meditate with your crystals and then use each crystal with the corresponding Chakra.
