This is an introductory course. In our IPHM Weigh Management course we celebrate the good news about losing weight. Actually, it is more about what you can gain than lose!
We briefly look at weight loss myths and why you are not losing weight. One of the most important things to do when you are trying to get in shape is eating mindfully. This does not take any time from your schedule and you will feel much healthier when you eat the right foods in the right quantity.
Your desire needs to be strong enough and clearly defined before you will begin to take action. Before you begin to successfully lose weight you need to make the necessary changes, and seek out the ways and means to reach your desired goal. You have to adopt a “no excuse” attitude and stay focused on your goals.
Keeping fit is part of a weight loss strategy, but diet also plays an important part. As a general rule, it is 70% diet and 30% exercise. Remember that looking after your health and staying fit is an investment in yourself and something you should not neglect or you will find that you will regret poor health habits later. With these few points you can make huge strides towards staying fit and healthy and being able to do the things you want to do.

Qualified therapist: This course is accredited with IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and is fully insurable.
Non therapist: You still receive your certificate, but insurance is not needed.
This course can be integrated into other therapy disciplines such as Crystal Healing, Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Immune Health.
It is suitable for beginners with no Complementary therapy training who have an interest in energy healing for their own Well-Being.
